Shipping

Right now we only deliver to addresses from within the UK.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping you choose, shipping date estimates and courier may vary.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is calculated by using weight. We select the service which will fit the amount of weight and volume you order. This service will usually take 2-4 working days, we strive to despatch most order same day if ordered before 4pm but overall shipping times will vary on availability and courier delays. 

Priority Shipping

If you select and pay for Priority Shipping before 4pm on a Working Day your item will be shipped with a 24 hour courier, this means your order should be with you in 1-2 working days.

Returns Policy

Our returns do depend on the item you have purchased but should an item be unopened, in the original packaging and unworn/unused you may return it within 7 days of purchase.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Wigs, hosiery and make up may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. If part of your order or costume has a wig or hosiery please do not open these unless you are sure you want to keep the item.

No returns can be dealt with until they have arrived back to us which can take up to 8 working days.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it back (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

To get an RA (returns authorisation) number please get in contact with our customer services and they will issue you one:
